How to use:

Using the roller is simple! Fill the silicone mold with filtered water or your favorite herbal decoction and freeze for at least 4 hours. Before use, let it sit for a few minutes or dip it in warm water for 3–5 seconds so the lid glides off easily. Gently stroke the ice across freshly cleansed skin along the natural massage lines of your face and neck without applying pressure—keeping each contact under 5 seconds for a maximum treatment time of 3 minutes. Afterwards, melt any remaining ice, rinse the mold under warm water, and let it air-dry completely for its next use.
